Autumnal Sundae

Sundays are for resting, dreaming, loving, and making Sundaes. This past Sunday, Team Wink went to do something so totally autumnal - we went apple picking! With all those apples in tow, we needed to devour them... quickly. Instead of cooking as soon as we got back with our treasure, we decided to just throw some on a bowl of Wink.


  • 1 Apple
  • 1 heaped tablespoon coconut sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Walnuts
  • Pumpkin Butter (optional)
  • Flavors of Fall 


  • To make this super simple, super yummy quick dessert, chop up one apple
  • To the apple, add coconut sugar, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Let sit for 10 minutes to bring out the sweetness of the apple
  • Grab the Flavors of Fall Wink Pack and place one scoop of each flavor into your favorite Sundae bowl
  • Add in the apple mixture, and top with walnuts
  • We added some pumpkin butter to really bring out those Flavors of Fall
  • Enjoy!
