Keto Chocolate Pudding

 

Unless you've been living under a big, heavy rock, you're aware that we're currently living in the time of the Avocado. The Age of Avo, if you will. This beautiful fruit (yes, it's a fruit!!) is living its best life, helping you to live yours.

Got some ripe avos that are aching to be eaten, but you can't fathom another Avo Toast? How about turning them into a decadent dessert! This Avocado Pudding is honestly so, so easy to make and is so incredibly delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ripe avocados - the riper, the better. Just not mush
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder, for a deeply chocolate taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia

DIRECTIONS:

  • Plop all ingredients into a blender, and blend until totally smooth! Scrape the sides as needed
  • Top with 1 scoop of Dark Chocolate Wink and indulge, guilt-free!
