New Year, New Shake: Wild Blueberry Vanilla "Milkshake"

Who's still on that New Year Grind? I know we are! This year, to *shake* things up a bit (pun definitely intended), we created a super beautiful, super nutritious, Vanilla Blueberry protein shake, filled with all our favorite things.

This shake includes frozen organic wild blueberries, which are bursting at the SEAMS with amazing antioxidants and good-for-you feelers.


We hope you enjoy the recipe below!


  • 2 scoops (1 cup) Vanilla Bean Wink Frozen Desserts
  • 1 cup frozen organic wild blueberries
  • 1 scoop preferred plant protein (we use pea, duh)
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1/2 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 cup preferred plant milk (we use homemade almond milk)


  • Blitz it up in your blender of choice!
